This chapter gives an overview of typical system
connections using the CU 5905 Central Unit:

Connecting DC 5980P Units
The DC 5980P Conference Units are connected to the
CU 5905 using EC 6001‐xx Cat5e cables. This is the
basic connection of the system.
Both of the DCS‐LAN connectors on the CU 5905 can
be used for connecting DC 5980P Conference units.
