Solutions
• Firmly connect the mouse cable to the USB port
on the rear panel of the system
• Turn the system OFF (press Power button on the
front panel). Firmly connect a USB mouse to the
rear panel of the system. Press the Power button
again to turn the system ON
• Check the camera video cable and connections
• Disconnect and reconnect the cable at the DVR
and at the Camera
• Try moving the camera to another channel or use
another cable
• Check the AUDIO connections to the DVR

• Open Main Menu Record and set channel 1 audio
to ON
• Audio is only available for channel 1—connect the
audio capable camera to channel 1 to avoid
confusion
• Stop all recording on the system before
attempting to set the time—resume recording
