5.11 Replacing Axle Tube

– The camber bar is always mounted to the bottom of
the wheelchair frame.
– There is no need to remove the two camber clamps
C when replacing the axle tube B.

1. Adjustable Camber System Only - Note the position of the
camber inserts A so they can be installed at the same position
in the new axle tube B.
Open the camber clamps C.

3. Remove the two rear wheels.

the two Phillips screws D that secure the toe adjustment rings
E to the axle tube B.
6. Pull the existing axle tube B through one of the camber clamps

E from the existing axle tube B.
Pull the existing axle tube B through the other camber clamp C

and remove from the wheelchair.
Slide the new axle tube B through one of the camber clamps C.
