Controls the Drop Precedence level translation table when the mode is set to
Mapped.
The purpose of this table is to reduce the 2 bit classified DP level to a 1 bit DP
level used in the (QoS class, DP level) to (PCP, DEI) mapping process.
Controls the mapping of the classified (QoS class, DP level) to (PCP, DEI) values
when the mode is set to Mapped.
