NOTE: The guiding arrow during training is only visible in the displays showing
speed or HR data.
NOTE: Unless distance is defined, Suunto Quest will give you intensity guidance.
If you train without a heart rate belt, you will not receive intensity guidance during
your training session.
NOTE: If you do not want to follow a training program, make sure to turn it
off in the general settings and in Movescount.
TIP: If the training program is disabled, you can still receive guidance related
to personally set heart rate or speed limits. Remember to turn the limits on in the
device settings. You can adjust the limits in Movescount.
NOTE: Suunto Quest creates a daily target. If you plan several training sessions
per day, their durations and intensities are combined into a daily target.

12.4 Making laps during training

You can set Suunto Quest to take autolaps when training. Autolaps are driven
by distance. You can select different autolap distances for each POD and custom
mode.
TIP: You can use three custom modes in Suunto Quest: running, walking,
and cycling. In Movescount.com you can set your Suunto Quest to take autolaps
