In default cycling custom mode:
● view 1: heart rate and stopwatch
● view 2: heart rate and distance
● view 3: speed and distance
● view 4: speed and stopwatch
● view 5: distance and average speed
In addition, during training you will see arrows on the outer rim of the display.
The arrows represent your current recovery time (in hours). The recovery time
is the time you need to fully recover from the training to be ready for the next
training session. The numbers on the rim show how many hours your recovery
time is so far. Recovery time will also be visible in one of the summary views
after training and as a seperate item in the training menu.
