NOTE: You can set the outer rim arrows to represent the percentage of training
completion in Movescount. You can read the percentage value using the digits on
the rim of the device.
NOTE: During training the guiding arrow is only visible in the displays showing
speed or HR data.
When you have reached your target,
a training program, make sure to turn it off in the training settings. When the
training program is disabled, you can still receive guidance related to personally
set heart rate or speed limits. Remember to enable the heart rate or speed
limits by selecting limits on in the training settings.
