Walking Belt Adjustment

If either of the walking belts seem to be tracking excessively to one side or the other, adjustments can be made at the
front roller of each treadle.

Misalignment Test and Resolution

Visual Test – Standing beside the unit, set the speed at 1.5 mph. Standing in front of the unit you will see adjustment bolts
on each end of each front roller. If the belt is tracking too far to the right, turn clockwise to tighten the right adjustment bolt
on that roller using the provided hex key in full turn increments to realign belt. If the belt seems to be tracking too far to the
left, do the same thing on the left adjustment bolt for that roller.

Check belt tension:

The belts should be just tight enough that your fingers laid flat can fit snugly under the belt at it's mid-point. If a belt is not
snug turn both knobs clockwise one full turn and check tension again. Repeat this step if necessary.
If a belt is too tight, loosen (turn counter-clockwise) the bolt adjustment knobs one full turn and re-check the tension.
Repeat this step until fingers can fit snugly under the belt.
Note: Bolts are turned counter-clockwise only to reduce excessive belt tension. Do not turn bolts counter-clockwise
when adjusting belt alignment.
