TheMINsettingisthe minimumamountof Treadle movement, theMAXisthe maximum movement. The closer the dial is setto the MAX setting,the more the Treadle will travel.Thisresultsin a moreintenseworkout. U se the Transport Handle foundunderthefront of the machine to move it. Togetaccess to theTransport Handle, t urnthe Levelers u ntil youhavesufficientclearance between the machine and floor. Usethetransportwheels to roll yourfitness machine to the newlocation.Lower y ourmachine slowlyintoits new locationwithoutinjuryto yourheadorfingers.
