1. General
The ESTIME 3000 generators have been designed to produce the most compact,
versatile and easy to use flash source available today and are packed with unique
features including:
ESTIME 3000 AMF model only - Selectable flash output from one single flash
head from full power of 3000 Watt seconds using socket number 1 reducing in
1/3rd 'f' stop steps to 125 Watt seconds from socket number 3 at 1/8th power.
Alternatively, the output may be divided symmetrically or asymmetrically by using
more than one flash head over this range.
The ESTIME 3000SC model has the same power output as the 3000 AMF but
operates with Single Channel control which provides fixed asymmetry between the
flash heads.
ESTIME 3000 AMF model only - Automatic Multiple Fire system allows the
generator to fire continuously as soon as it is 'READY'. This feature is controlled
via a special synchronising jack socket.
Modelling light brightness selectable to either full output or in ratio with the flash.
Switchable built in, sensitive Photocell.
Switchable Audio Sounder to give audible indication of when the Generator is
ready to fire.
A built in fan which automatically switches in to cool the unit during periods of
heavy use.
Overheat protection is provided which protects the unit in the event of extended
periods of continuous flashing and also in the unlikely event of failure of the
cooling fan.
