When you combine two or more 945/974/984/944/955/964 phones you create an interacting system where phones share lines. If you have only 945/974/984 phones on your phone system, you can have up to 16 phones and up to 19 telephone lines. If you have one or more 944/955/964 phones in your phone system, you can have up to 12 phones and up to 15 telephone lines.

NOTE: You must program the lines you are using at each extension so that the phone knows which lines are shared and which are private.
Console Operation Once another system phone has enabled its delayed ring, the Console phone will receive those calls. All the 945 features work in the same manner as described in this manual. The Console phone can pick up other Centrex lines through Centrex switching.
