3. Press the CONSOLE MODE button on the
"More Choices" screen. The "Touchpad"
screen is displayed.

Speed Key (Macro) Programming

The "A", "B", "C", and/or "D" keys can be used to activate a string of
commands up to 32 keystrokes each. This sequence of commands is known
as a macro and is stored in the system's memory. Typical Speed
functions include:
Sequences that involve first bypassing certain zones before arming.
Seldom used but repeatable sequences.
Relay activation sequences.

Defining a Macro

To program a macro do the following once in Console Emulation Mode, or
from a Custom English Touchpad:
1. Enter your 4-digit security code, then press
[#][D]. The screen displays the Enter
SpeedKey # prompt.
NOTE: The system automatically returns to
the "Touchpad" screen after approximately 1
minute.
