Configuring the GXV3501/GXV3504 via Web Browser
The GXV3501/GXV3504's embedded Web server responds to HTTP/HTTPS GET/POST requests.
Embedded HTML pages allow you to configure your IP camera through Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Connect your PC to the same network as the GXV3501/GXV3504.
•
Configure the IP address of your PC to: 192.168.1.XXX (1<XXX<255) and configure the
subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
•
Make sure that the device is turned on and connected to the network.
•
Start Internet Explorer on your computer.
•
Enter 192.168.1.168 in the address bar of the browser.
•
Enter the administrator user name and password to access the Web Configuration Interface
•
The default user name and password are both set to admin.
•
IE will indicate that "This website wants to install the following add-on: 'GSViewerX.cab' from
'Grandstream Networks Inc'." Install this add-on by following the instructions in IE.
•
You will see the home page.
