If you accidentally select 'Do not allow this program to use Skype' , open Skype window
and take these steps:
•
Click Tools > Options > Privacy > Manage other program's access to Skype.
•
Select CMSKYPE.EXE and click 'Change', then re-select a proper option to let the
provided program access Skype.

When skype is not yet installed, the following on-screen promp appears.
•
Make sure you are connected to the internet and select 'Yes'
•
You automatically will be routed to the Skype website. Select 'Download Skype for
Windows'
