● Viewing the error messages generated by the S7-200 CPU (CPU Status)

Clear Condition for the Bit
The user program can
monitor the edit notification
bit to recognize when an
editable value has been
changed by the operator.

take some action based on
the new value for the
variable.

subsequent edits can be
recognized.
