Exec Mail Key

This feature allows you to send a message (which is
predefined or to be completed) directly onto the display
of the Manager extension.
The Manager extension may be free or busy when you
activate the Exec Mail key:
Here is Mr SMITH
Apply
Apply: to send the chosen message;
Next: to scroll through the list of possible
messages;
Erase: to erase the last character entered.
To exit mail mode:
Note: This mail function is only available between two
4034 extensions.
