Troubleshooting (continued)
The parent unit plays any sounds from the baby unit and I think
it is too noisy.
You may need to adjust the speaker volume on the parent unit.
The parent unit does not play any sound when there is noise
from the baby unit.
Make sure the parent unt s powered up by connectng t to mans
power or to the rechargeable batteres provded.
Make sure the parent unt s turned on and the speaker volume s
not set to off.
The parent unt may be too far away from the baby unt. Move the
parent unt closer to the baby unt (but not less than 1.5 metres).
If the parent unt s powered by the provded batteres, make sure
there is sufficient charge. Charge the battery in the parent unit for
up to 12 hours.
Large obstructons may mpact the recepton. Try to relocate the
baby unt, away from large obstructons such as walls and doors.
Remove the batteres and then nstall t agan. Turn on the baby unt
and the parent unt. Allow up to one mnute for the parent unt and
the baby unt to synchronse.
Other electronc products may cause nterference wth your audo
montor. Try nstallng your audo montor as far away from these
electronc devces as possble: wreless routers, rados, cellular
telephones, ntercoms, room montors, televsons, personal
computers, ktchen applances and cordless telephones.
Battery low at the Parent Unit.
Charge the battery n the parent unt for up to 12 hours.
The volume level of the parent unt may be set too hgh whch
consumes power. Decrease the volume level of the parent unt.
Refer to Adjust speaker volume (p. 8) for volume level settngs.
Remove the battery and then nstall t agan. Use t untl fully
depleted, then recharge t n the parent unt for up to 12 hours.
If the above measures do not correct the problem, replace the
battery.
