SUBURBAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLE COOKING APPLIANCE

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This S uburban product is w arranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in m aterial and workm anship under norm al use and m aintenance for a period of
tw o years from date of purchase w hether or not actual use begins on that date. A ll porcelain parts, including top burner grates, are w arranted as com m ercially acceptable
only as of the date the product w as m anufactured. It is the responsibility of the consum er/ow n e r to e stablish the w arranty period. Suburban does not use w arranty
registration cards for its standard w arranty. Y ou are required to furnish proof of purchase date through a B ill of S ale or other paym ent records.
S uburban w ill replace any parts that are found defective w ithin the first tw o years and w ill pay a w arranty service a llow ance directly to the recom m ended S uburban S ervice
C enter at rates m utually agreed upon betw een S uburban and its recom m ended service centers. R eplacem ent parts w ill be shipped FO B the shipping point w ithin the
C ontinental U nited S tates, Alaska and C anada to the recom m ended service center perform ing such repairs. All freight, shipping and delivery costs shall be the
responsibility of the ow ner. The exchanged part or unit w ill be w arranted for only the unexpired portion of the original w arranty. Before having w arranty repairs m ade,
confirm that the service agency is a re co m m e n ded service center for S uburban. D O N O T P A Y TH E S E R VIC E A G E N C Y FO R W A R R A N TY R E P A IR S ; S U C H

S uburban reserves the right to exam ine the alleged defect in the range appliance or com ponent parts, and it is the ow ner's obligation to return the range appliance and/or
com ponent parts to Suburban or its representative. W hen returning a range appliance, it m ust include all com ponent parts and the serial num ber plate. R eturned
com ponent parts m ust be individually tagged and identified w ith the range appliance's m odel num ber, serial num ber and date of installation.
For w arranty service, the ow ner/user should contact the nearest recom m ended S uburban Service C enter, advising them of the m odel and se rial n um be rs (located
underneath the m ain top) and the nature of the defect. Transportation of the R V to and from the S ervice C enter and/or travel expenses of the S ervice C enter to your
location is the responsibility of the ow ner/user. A current listing of recom m ended service center m ay be obtained from Suburban's w ebsite: w w w .rvcom fort.com . If you
cannot locate a recom m ended service center locally, the service agency chosen to perform w arranty repairs m ust contact our S ervice D epartm ent at 423-775-2131 for
authorization before m aking repairs. U nauthorized repairs m ade w ill not be paid by S uburban.

SUBURBAN WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. N orm al m aintenance as outlined in the installation, operating and service instructions owner's m anual including cleaning of com ponent parts and cleaning or
replacem ent of the burner orifice.
2. Initial checkouts and subsequent checkouts w hich indicate the range appliance is operating properly, or diagnosis w ithout repair.
3. D am age or repairs required as a consequen ce of faulty or incorrect installation or application not in conform ance w ith S uburban instructions.
4. AN Y D A M A G E (C R A C K S , C H IP S , S C R A TC H E S , E TC .) TO A N Y P AIN TE D O R P O R C E LA IN E N A M E L P AR TS .
5. Failure to operate due to loose or disconnected w ires; w ater or dirt in controls, fuel lines and gas tanks; im proper gas pressure; low voltage.
6. C leaning or adjustm ent of com ponents; electrode, burner tube, pilot and therm ocouple.
7. C osts incurred in gaining access to the range appliance.
8. P arts or accessories not supplied by S uburban.
9. Freight charges incurred from parts replacem ents.
10. D am age or repairs needed as a consequence of any m isapplication, abuse, unreasonable use, unauthorized alteration, im proper service, im proper operation or failure
to provide reasonable and necessary m aintenance.
11. S uburban products w hose serial num ber has been altered, defaced or rem oved.
12. S uburban products installed or w arranty claim s originating outside the C ontinental U .S .A ., Alaska, H aw aii and Canada.
13. Dam age as a result of floods, w inds, lightning, accidents, corrosive atm osphere or other conditions beyond the control of Suburban.
14. A N Y SP E C IA L, IN D IR E C T O R C O N S E Q U E N TIA L PR O P E R TY , EC O N O M IC O R C O M M E R C IA L DA M A G E O F AN Y N A TU R E W H A TS O E V E R . Som e states do
not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential dam ages, so the above lim itation m ay not apply to you.

for delivery of your R V to the selected service center.
