If you have a Network adapter that supports
this feature, then you can connect the
specific cable from the network adapter to
this header. This feature lets you wake up
your computer via remote control through a
local area network. You may need a specific
utility to control the wake up event, like

using the Intel
LDCM
similar utilities.
Note: Watch the pin position and the
The Thermistors RT1 and RT3 are already
onboard, RT1 is used to detect the system
environment temperature, and RT3 is used
to detect the CPU temperature. The RT2 is
for you to connect an additional thermistor
to detect the temperature in the location of
your choice. You can buy the thermistor at
an electronics store, and ask for a 10K
thermistor which should be OK. Please
don't use too long of a lead wire for the
thermistor.
