Troubleshooting

Check the troubleshooting guide below.
Symptom
The power does not turn on.
The component signal is not displayed.
The RGB signal is not displayed.
The command communication does not operate.
The size of the video display is inappropriate.
The position of the video display is inappropriate.
The error lamp (ISSUE) is lit.
The SOFT PWR button must be held down to turn on the power.
Keep pressing the SOFT PWR button until the STANDBY lamp turns off.
The component signal is not displayed when the input source is an RGB input.
Make sure that the input is Component RCA, Component BNC or
Component PC.
The RGB signal is not displayed properly when the input source is a component input.
Make sure that the input is RGB RCA, RGB BNC or RGB PC.
• Check that the computer's COM port is connected to the unit.
• Check the computer's COM port number.
• Check the software's communication settings.
A communication command may be setting the display size and display position.
Check the settings.
The unit may be malfunctioning. Contact the retailer.
