Dear Customer,
In addition to the detailed description given in the oper-
ating instructions for your CF 400 please take particular
note of the following information concerning frothing
milk.
• To obtain the best possible froth it is best to use cold,
low-fat, long-life milk (1.5%).
• All parts of the frothed milk spout must be firmly fitted
together or screwed together and have no gaps. The
knob for regulating the froth (A) must be inserted
beyond the ring (see illustration) into the intermediate
part (B) leaving no gaps.
• The temperature and quantity of froth can be regulated
individually by turning the knob for regulating the froth
on the frothed milk spout.
• Immediately after use clean all parts that have come
into contact with milk extremely thoroughly, paying par-
ticular attention to the ring indicated in the illustration.
Milk residues can considerably impair frothing results.
