Inspect about the following:

Depth of under cut 0.5 mm 0.2 mm
Commutator O. D.
38.7 mm -1.0 mm
1. Inspect the magnetic switch for conduction
between terminals S and M and between terminals S
and body. There should be a low resistance found 1 -
2 ohms. If no resistance is found the circuit is open.
The solenoid should be replaced.
