Specfy the destnatons.
• To enter them drectly, see below.
• To select them from the Address Book, see page 2-15.
• To locate them usng an LDAP search, see page 2-17.

Adjust any settngs.
• To adjust settngs, see "Settng transmsson functons" on page 2-20.

Clck [Send].
To revew or cancel the selected documents, see "Revewng or cancelng dest-
natons" on page 2-19.
NOTE
When you have nstalled and set up the "Oce InfoMontor" on your computer, you
can be notfied of the transmsson status automatcally. See page 5-3, how to set t
up.

Entering destinations

Entering the destinations directly

Enter the fax number n the "Fax Destnaton" box.

Clck [Add].

Repeat steps 1 and 2 untl you have entered all of the fax destnatons.

Enter the e-mal address n the "E-mal Destnaton" box.

Clck [Add].

Repeat steps 4 and 5 untl you have entered all of the destnatons.
You may change the recpent status to "To" to "Cc" or "Bcc" from the drop-down
lst.
