Setting Up
Travel Prayer for Safe Drive Setting
(DNX7310BTM/ DNX5310BTM only)
When this function is set, the prayer for
driving safety is displayed when the unit is
turned on, then Quran is played.

Touch [SET] of [Travel Prayer for Safe
Drive] in the User Interface screen.
Travel Prayer for Safe Drive Setting screen
appears.

Set each item as follows.
Travel Prayer for Safe Drive
Turns the Safe drive pray function on or off.
Sound Volume
Sets the sound volume of Quran.

Touch panel adjustment

Touch [Touch] in the System Menu
screen.
Touch Panel Adjustment screen appears.

Follow the instruction on the screen
and touch the center of each

NOTE
• To cancel the touch panel adjustment, touch
[Cancel].
• To reset to the initial status, touch [Reset].
Security setup
A red indicator will blink on the unit after the
ACC is set to OFF, warning potential thieves.
If turned to "ON" (default), the security
indicator on the front panel flashes when the
vehicle ignition is off.

Touch [Security] in the System Menu
screen.
Security screen appears.

Touch [ON] of [SI].
NOTE
• If "SI" is turned on, the SI indicator on the sub
panel flashes when the vehicle ignition is off and
the panel is detached. Default is "ON".

Touch [SET] of [Security Code Set].
NOTE
• If you have already completed the code
registration, [CLR] is displayed.

Enter a security code with four-digit
number and touch [Enter].

Enter the same code again and touch
[Enter].
Security code is registered.
NOTE
• If you enter a different security code, the screen
returns to step 4 (for the first code entry).
• If you have pressed <Reset> button or if you
have disconnected the Receiver from battery,
enter the correct security code as that you have
entered in step 4 and touch [Enter]. You can use
your Receiver.

Setting Up
EXT SW setup
Set up the external switch power mode.

Touch [EXT SW] in the System Menu
screen.
EXT SW screen appears.

Set each item as follows.
SW Name
Sets the name of the external device.
Output Pattern
Sets the power signal output mode among
"Pulse"/"Level". Default is "Pulse".
You can set to turn output on/off each time
the button on the EXT SW screen is touched.
See External Device Control
(P.81).
Pulse Set
Sets the pulse signal output time.
Outputs 500ms when "1" is set.
Increases by 200ms with each step. Up to 100
steps can be set.
NOTE
• You can enter characters only after you have
applied the parking brake.
• "Pulse": Generates a single power signal pulse.
• "Level": Continues output of high power signal.
