KICK AXLE, SHIFT SHAFT AND PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR
4. Install:
9 Bolt (shift guide) 1

Shift shaft
1. Install:
9 Roller 1
9 Plain washer 2
9 Shift shaft 3
NOTE:
Apply the transmission oil on the roller and shift
shaft.

Kick axle assembly
1. Install:
9 Kick gear 1
9 Plain washer 2
9 Circlip 3
9 Ratchet wheel 4
9 Spring 5
9 Plain washer 6
9 Circlip 7
To kick axle 8.
NOTE:
9 Apply the transmission oil on the kick gear
inner circumference.
9 Align the punch mark a on the ratchet wheel
with the punck mark b on the kick axle.
2. Install:
9 Torsion spring 1
To kick axle 2.
NOTE:
Make sure the stopper a of the torsion spring
fits into the hole b on the kick axle.
