2. Making the User's Choice Settings

Auto Panel Reset
Select the time it takes the auto panel reset
function to be activated from among "30 seconds."
"1 min.," "2 min.," "3 min.," or "5 min.," or not
activate the function at all ("No Reset").
The initial setting is "1 min."
Energy Save Mode
Set the time it takes the copier to enter the Energy
Save mode in 1 min. increments.
Di250: From 1 min. to 240 min.
Di350: From 15 min. to 240 min.
The initial setting is "15 min."
Plug-In Counter, ID Key Reset
Select whether to reset the copier ("ON") or not
("OFF") when the Plug-In Counter is unplugged.
The initial setting is "ON."
Auto Shut Off
Select the time it takes the Auto Shut Off function
to be activated, from 15 min. ~ 240 min. in 1 min.
increments. Auto Shut Off shuts down the copier a
given period of time after the last operation.
The initial setting is "60 min."
* A setting is also possible to disable Auto Shut
Off.

LCD Backlight OFF
Set the period of time after which the LCD
backlight function is activated, from the range of 1
to 240 min. (1 min. intervals).
The initial setting is "1 min."

4in1 Copy Order
Select the default copying order in the 4-in-1 mode
from among the following two:

1 3
3 4
2 4
The initial setting is
Density Priority
Select either "Auto Exp." or "Manual Exp." for the
initial Density setting and "Text," "Photo," or
"Text/Photo" for the initial image quality setting.
The initial setting is "Auto Exp." and "Text."
* "Auto Exp." cannot be combined with "Photo."
Default Level
Auto
Select the default exposure level in the Auto
Exposure mode, either "Lighter," "Normal," or
"Darker."
The initial setting is "Normal."
Manual
Set the default exposure level in the Manual
Exposure mode.
The initial setting is "5."
* With EXP5 at the central level, the exposure
level will become lower as the number becomes
smaller, and it will become higher as the number
becomes greater.
