Use SCROLL UP or DOWN to choose an
option. Then press SELECT to review the
chosen category.
The ID can be programmed, dialed or
deleted while reviewing. If there is a
message attached to the telephone number
an M appears next to the ID number. You
can play or erase the attached message.

Press DELETE CID to bring up all old non-
programmed, non-VIP IDs. The latest ID
entered is the first to appear.

YES/ALL-YES /NO
This will bring up a confirmation display to
erase the old unprogrammed IDs only. VIP/
programmed numbers will remain in
memory.
Use REVIEW and SKIP to select one of the
three options.
Selecting No will bring up the next entry.
Selecting Yes will delete the ID and then
bring up the next old, non-programmed,
non-VIP entry.

Selecting All-yes will cause the unit to
prompt you with the following:
DELETE ALL OLD
STANDARD IDS?
YES/ NO
Selecting No will exit the mode.
Selecting Yes will delete all old non-
programmed, non-VIP CID entries.
As the entries are deleted, new entries are
moved forward and renumbered in the
unit's memory.
