ROGRAMMING THE
This unit allows you to customize the way it answers calls and records messages. Use the
SCROLL UP or DOWN buttons to change the option flashing. Press SELECT to accept an
option. Use the REVIEW and SKIP buttons to move to the information within that option
that you want to change.
There are five features under the Settings
menu.

GREETINGS

STANDARD SETTING
BLOCKED CALLS
To access these features:
1.
Press SETTINGS.
2.
Use SCROLL UP and DOWN to choose
the option you want.
3.
Press SELECT to accept that feature.
Each feature has its own submenu with
options.

REETINGS
When you choose this feature, the display
prompts you with eight options:
PLAY/RE-RECORD:
GREETING 1
GREETING 2
GREETING 6
GREETING 7 - NO REC
GREETING 8 - NO REC

ETTINGS
ANSWER ON/OFF
ADVANCED SETTINGS
GREETING 3
GREETING 4
GREETING 5
All eight greeting have default announce-
ments:

1 - "Please leave your message after the tone."
2 - "Please leave your message after the tone."
3 - "Please leave your message after the tone."
4 - "Please leave your message after the tone."
5 - "Please leave your message after the tone."
6 - "Please leave your message after the tone or unblock
your call and try again."
7 - "Your blocked call is not accepted."
8 - "Your call is not accepted."
The first six greetings can be rerecorded,
but 7 and 8 are not recordable.
Press SELECT to accept your choice.

TO RECORD A GREETING

1.
Select a greeting between 1 and 6.
2.
Press and hold MEMO/REC begin
speaking after the beep.
3.
Speak within 8 inches from the MIC.
4.
Release MEMO/REC when you have
finished.
The display will go blank and the unit will
playback the greeting for confirmation.

TO REMOVE A GREETING

To remove a greeting, select that greeting
and press ERASE. The default greeting will
be played for confirmation.
