Getting started Baby unit battery installation You can power up the baby unit by connecting it to AC power or to four AA alkaline batteries. Even if the baby unit is connected to AC power, we recommend you also install four AA alkaline batteries. This guarantees continual operation in case of a power outage. -

Make sure to test the reception and the baby unit position before completing the wall mounting installation. Make sure to attach the screw in the middle hole first so that the wall mount position is fixed. Then attach the other screw in the top hole. Place the baby unit on the wall mount and tighten the screw into the threaded socket at the bottom to secure the baby unit.
