ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, a small amount of lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt or the shipping carton.

2. Slide the Right Upright (95) fully onto the bracket on the Base (99). Be careful to avoid pinching your hands or the Upright Wire Harness (108). Attach the Right Upright (95) with four Upright Bolts (86) and two 3/8” Star Washers (88) as shown. If necessary, adjust the position of the Right Upright to align the Upright Bolts with the holes.

5. While pressing down on the Handrails (87), tighten eight Upright Bolts (86) and four 3/8” Star Washers (88) into the Uprights (90, 95) and the Handrail (87) as shown. Be careful to avoid pinching the Upright Wire Harness (108). Note: The CD Holder (38) and the Cup Holder (43) are replaceable.

HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE 1. Hold the upper end of the frame with your right hand as shown. Using your left hand, pull the latch knob to the left and hold it. Pivot the frame down until it is past the latch pin.
