is released, then it is turned off.

(6) The indicator blinks at intervals of 3.25 seconds during the DVD+RW background formatting, then is
turned off when formatting is completed.
11. Emergency Release
If the drawer is not released, even after the release button is pressed, take the following steps.
(1) Turn off the drive.
(2) Insert a solid, thin rod (a paper clip, etc.) into the Emergency Release hole as shown in
Figure 20. Push firmly and remove, and the drawer will be released.
(3) Remove the disc, then close the drawer gently.
