Backing Up
This type of backup supplements database backups. Select the mailboxes (or

folders within mailboxes) and public folders for backup that must be capable of
individual, online restore without any downtime. Mailboxes, public folders, and
other folders within them can be restored to the same or different mailbox
located on the same or different Exchange Server.
