The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforce-

nesses to warn customers of potential exposure to such
substances.
The fiberglass
Insulation in self-clean ovens gives off a
very small amount
of carbon
monoxide
during the
cleanlng cycle. Exposure can be minimized by venting
with an open window or using a ventilation fan or hood.

Never
slide cookware across your cooktop.

DO NOT use a dish towell or sponge _o wipe up the cook_op.
They may leave a detergent film on the cooktop which may cause
discoloration when heated. If thls occurs, remove the discoloration
with a recommended
cooktop cleaner.

Melted materials (plastic, aluminum loll, sugar, or foods with high
sugar content) can cause damage to the cooktop,

tally melt anything on your cooktop,
turn unit to LO; wipe hot
