Test Page

This test prints the test page.
To run a complete test page of black and color patterns, be sure the
print cartridges are in good condition. Install a black print cartridge in
the left side of the printhead cradle and a color print cartridge in the
right side.
To enter the test:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Ensure the manual paper slot is empty.
3. To start the test, press and hold the Paper Feed button while
turning the printer on. Release the button when the printer
completes POST.
The test page contains the following:
•
Code level and date
•
Current printhead temperature in Celsius
(read by the thermal sensor board)
•
Nozzle test pattern for both cartridges
•
Purge test for both cartridges
•
Text (printer model)
•
Paper test result
