8. Open the zipper,

fabric right side up.

Adjust the _oot so the needle _s sewing through
the center ho_e ot the toot and one groove of
the toot ms riding on the teeth o_ the z_pper as
shown. Follow _he Z_pper manufacturer's Inst-
ructions, After zipper has been inserted, fimsh
sewing seam by shlftmg foot to side position
sewing through sfde notch,
CORDING
Foot can a_so be used to make cording for slip-
covers etc. Cover a cord with a str_p ot b_as
|eb_]c and sew as shown,
NOTE:
Use "Low Bar Sewing Machine ZIPPER FOOT"
(6757) for "invJsibJe z_pper" and "cording",
which can be obtained at any Sears reta_! store.
11. To sew the right slde of the zip-
per, set the z_pper foot on the
right side of the needle.
12. Stitch across and below the bot-
tom of the zipper.
13. Turn the corner and continue to
guide the toot along the z_pper
teeth, as shown.
St*tch through the fabric and
z_pper tape.
t4. Stop about 2" from the nght of
the z_pper.
15. Lower the needle into the fabric
and raise the presser foot.
16. Remove the basting stitches and
open the zipper.
17. Lower the foot and stitch the rest
of the seam. Make sure the fold is
