3. Side Burner & Side Shelf Assembly (a) Loosen (2) preinstalled 1/4 x 10mm Phillips head Fig.9 screws from right side of grill head (A) as shown. Do not screw out fully; leave ¼ extended for shelf assembly. (Fig. 9) (b) Through side burner shelf keyholes, hang side burner shelf (N) on two loosened screws.

4. Side Burner Valve Assembly Fig. 12 (a) Remove side burner grate from side burner shelf and set aside. Remove the two Phillips head screws attaching side burner (N) to shelf to make room to install side burner valve. See (Fig.12) (b) Remove two screws from side burner control valve face.
