Problem Possible Cause Solution
Load is Not removing load promptly. Unload the washer as soon as it stops.
Wrinkled
Wrong cycle for fabrics Use cold rinses and cycles with slow
being washed, spin speeds to reduce wrinkling.
Overloading. Loads should move freely during
wash. Wash smaller loads.
Wash water not warm enough Use Automatic Temperature Control
to relax wrinkles. Using warm (ATC). If safe for fabric, use warm or
rinses, hot wash water. Use cold rinse water.
Hoses reversed. Reverse hoses (see "Installation
Instructions," Sections D & E).
Load is Overloading. Loads should move freely during
Tangled/Twisted wash. Wash smaller loads or increase
water level.
Clothes wrapped around De not wrap items around agitator when
