Notes on continuous AF
Because the camera focuses continuously without pressing the shutter button, note the
followings:
i The battery level (power consumption) increases because data is being overwritten in the camera's
internal memory.
i If the Auto power off function is set to "OFF", particular attention must be given to the battery level.

For a high-contrast subject in
the center of the LCD monitor
Press the shutter button down halfway. The AF
frame appears positioned on the high-contrast
subject near the center of the image.
When there is no high-contrast subject
in the center of the LCD monitor
When the camera has difficulty focusing on the
subject in "MULTI" mode, set the AF mode to
"CENTER" and use AF/AE lock (➡P.25).
Ó CONTINUOUS
The camera continues to focus on the main subject
in the AF frame.
Use this mode to take pictures of a moving subject.

"DPOF SPECIFIED. ERASE OK ?" appears when erasing a frame (file) with DPOF setting.

important frames (files) onto your PC or another
media.
