Step 10: Enable OS Boot Monitoring Function

When necessary for system operation, enable the [OS Boot Monitoring] setting which has been
disabled in "Step 3: Validate FC card" (page 4-6).
Set appropriate time referring to "Step 3: Validate FC card" (Default is 10 minutes. Specify by
second).
