2-1 Using the keys

In this manual:
Press means to push the key for less than
a second.
Hold means to hold the key down.
The internal beeper beeps when a key is
pressed (to adjust the beep volume, see
section 19-1).
Using the menus
Operate the Instrument by selecting items
from menus. Items can be submenus,
commands or data.
Selecting a submenu
A after a menu item indicates a submenu,
for example Chart . Press
the highlight to the submenu, then press

a) To change a tick box
