Condition/Reason/Action
RAM disk memory is full and cannot continue processing the current print
job.
Press the OK button to clear the message, cancel the current print job, and
conduct the next print job, if any.
Press the Stop button to cancel the print job.
Press the Forward Arrow button to open the
and delete the current job.
To avoid this error in the future, do the following:
Reduce the number of print pages, such as splitting the print data.
Increase free memory space by deleting unnecessary data in the RAM
disk.
The printer's internal temperature is too high.
Processing on the printer has been slowed down. When the internal
temperature falls, the processing speed will automatically increase.
The printer is in the custom toner mode.
Though some of the print cartridges reach the end of their lives, you can
continue printing.
Error NNN-NNN relates to printer problems.
Turn the printer off and then on. If the error continues, contact our Customer
Support Center or your dealers.
Error 116-NNN relates to printer problems.
Turn the printer off and then on.
The Multi-Protocol Network Card (optional) is not installed correctly or is not
working correctly due to damage or malfunction.
Reinstall the Multi-Protocol Network Card.
The 550-Sheet Feeder with Cabinet(optional) is not installed correctly or is
not working correctly due to damage or malfunction.
Reinstall the sheet feeder.
The Duplex Unit is not installed correctly or is not working correctly due to
damage or malfunction.
Reinstall the Duplex Unit.
Additional memory is not installed correctly or is not working correctly due
to damage or malfunction.
Reinstall the additional memory.
An unsupported additional memory (optional) is installed.
Replace the specified additional memory.
An internal error has occurred.
Restart the printer. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Support
Center or your dealers.
