Solution 5:
On the black cap insert on the solution tank push up on the black valve (marked with an X) with
your index finger. Does water come through?
Yes
Remove the solution tank from the machine
Remove the black plastic cap insert from the bottom of the solution tank
When replacing the black insert cap back into the solution tank ensure the open end of the black curved tube on
the insert is pointing toward the center, front of the solution tank. A keyed insert on the cap and tank should guide
the tube for proper placement.
**NOTE: Units made prior to date code J01032 did not have this keyed insert. The consumer will need to manually
align the tube into the tank. Is the water now coming through the cap insert when the X valve is pressed?

1800 number again and press Option 4 for
spare parts and order a replacement dirty
water (collection) tank
Remove the black plastic cap insert from the bottom of the solution tank
Soak cap insert in warm water for 30 minutes. After soaking replace cap. Is
water now coming through the cap insert when the X valve is pressed in?
No
