To test a CAS configuration:
1.
Create a new user in the local database.
# adduser <username>
# passwd <username>
2.
Make sure the physical connection between the ACS console server and the servers is correct.
3.
Confirm the communication parameters (9600 bps, 8N1) are set on both the server and the
ACS console server.
