to install 3X afocal lens screw it into the thread of front lens of PS-7.
2.1.5. 5x lENS INSTAllATION
to install 5X lens unscrew the standard objective lens of PS-7 from
the body. to install lenses screw 5X lens to the free place (make sure
that the unit is turned off).
