Application Users Tab
The Application Users section allows you to define the users for each application. Some applications,
such as Net Phone, can have individual users or users grouped when defining policies and privileges
for that application. Please see "User Groups Tab" below for specific information on group policies.
You can Edit, Copy, Delete, or create a New service using the same tools listed in Users Tab.

This is a number that determines which clients can access this service.
Each client has a service level access number, and a client will have access
to all services whose Service Level is less than or equal to the client's
service level access number.
In general, all applications are defaulted to start order 50, thus Net Server
will start the applications in any order it desires. Some applications may
need another application to be running before it can be started, in these
cases, a start order with a lower value will start before those of a higher
value.
