5. Add User Groups to Net Phone – Click Add New Record (see circled button in previous
diagram). The following window pops up:
6. Select the newly created NetPhoneAdmin Group from the Client/(Group): drop-down box.
7. Select World for both Read Level and Modify Level from their respective drop-down boxes.
8. Place a checkmark in the Server Admin Privilege checkbox.
9. Click Done.
10. Repeat by highlighting the NetPhone entry and click the Add New Record button again.
11. Select the NetPhoneUsers Group created previously from the Client/(Group) drop-down box.
12. Select Denied for both the Read Level and Modify Level from their respective drop-down
boxes.
13. Uncheck the Server Admin Privilege checkbox.
14. Place a checkmark in the Use Server-based Configurations checkbox. The window should
now look like this:
15. Click Done.
16. Repeat the preceding steps to add any remaining Net Phone user groups.
