3. Place the cabinet base on the desired
location on the mounting surface and
mark the location of the four screw
holes. See
Figures 1-7
4. Using a hard board between the
cabinet and the wall, secure the hard
board to the wall first, making certain
that screws are aligned with studs. See
Figure
1-8.
5. Drill holes on these marks and secure
screws approximately two thirds of the
way into the top two holes on the
mounting surface.
6. Hang the unit from the top two screws
and then secure the top screws
completely into the mounting surface.
7. Finish securing the unit to the mounting
surface by completely screwing the
bottom two screws into the wall.
Note Check local building and electrical
codes concerning the hard board or
plywood mounting board requirements.
