Messages Meaning and remedy
The song file is too large.
You are trying to backup a song file that is larger than the open space available on the
FAT partition. (See "Song backup and restoration" on page 77.)
It's too Large
Format the FAT partition (see "Reformatting FAT partitions" on page 74) or connect the
unit to a computer and make more space on the partition by deleting unneeded files, for
example.
The stereo master track cannot be found.
Master Track Not This appears if you try to export a stereo master track from a song that does not have one
Found recorded. (See "Exporting stereo master tracks" on page 81.)
Create a stereo master track and then export it.
The stereo master track is too large.
You tried to export a stereo master track that is larger than the open space available on

This appears if you try to create or copy a song when the MTR partition does not have
No Disk Space enough space.

There is no master track.
This appears if you try to select a stereo master track that does not exist as the source

track when cloning tracks. (See "CLONE TRACK (track duplication)" on page 60.)
Create a stereo master track or select a different source track.
There is no song.
You are trying to load a song from a partition that has no songs on it. (See "Loading a
No Song
saved song" on page 38.)
Change partitions. (See "Selecting the active partition" on page 37.)
There is no undo operation history.
No Undo Histry
There are no actions to be undone. (See "Erasing the operation history" on page 50.)
No SD card has been loaded.
No SD Card
Turn OFF the unit (put it in standby) and then insert an SD card.
The recorder is not stopped.
Not Stopped
This appears when the recorder is not stopped and you push the UN/REDO [HISTORY]
button or any other button that only functions when the recorder is stopped.
The unit is currently recording.
Now Recording
This appears when you try to perform a menu action while recording. There are also other
operations that cannot be done while recording.
The SD card installed in the unit is write-protected.
Protected Card
To record or edit, turn off (in standby) the unit and un-protect the SD card.
You have set the same track.
Same Track
In the clone track settings you have set the same track for both
DESTINATION TRK
The capacity of the SD card installed in the unit is too small for this unit to use.
SD Size Error
Use an SD card larger than 512 MB.
