Time lapse photography

You can automatically shoot several images at a fixed interval. This useful function
enables automatic shooting at a preset interval to allow you to capture time lapse
images of a blooming flower, for example. Before beginning time lapse
photography, you must set the shooting interval, the number of images to shoot,
and the shooting duration.

Review the following before using time lapse photography:
• Do not turn off the computer or camera.
• Be sure to power the computer from a standard household electrical outlet.
• It is recommended that you power your camera with the AC adapter (sold
separately) designed for the camera.

Follow steps 1 to 5 in "Shooting images in PC Master mode".

Images shot with time lapse photography are automatically transferred to the
computer after shooting finishes regardless of the [Auto Save] setting.

Click the [Time lapse photography] button or click [Time lapse
photography] from the [Camera] menu.
The [Time lapse photography] dialog box appears.
