Entering a cooking duration
Whilst a programme is running the
following show in the display

– the actual temperature
– Duration or Finish time
Using the residual heat-Energy-save
function
Shortly before the end of a
programme the heating elements will
be switched off automatically.
The residual heat is sufficient to finish
cooking.
Using the residual heat in the oven
saves energy.

"EC" will appear in the display to show
that the oven is in energy save mode.
The actual temperature is no longer
visible.
The cooling fan continues to run, as
does the hot air fan if a "fan" setting had
been chosen.

The oven heating will switch on again if:
– the required temperature is altered.
– the cooking duration is lengthened

At the end of the cooking duration

– the oven heating switches off
